SONYJA: From Vogue to the Runway – A Journey of Contemporary Jewellery Design

At SONYJA, every piece of jewellery tells a story. Inspired by nature, sculpture, architecture and modern design, our collections are created to celebrate individuality through contemporary craftsmanship.

Featured in Vogue – November 2024
A significant milestone in the SONYJA journey came in November 2024, when selected jewellery designs were featured in Vogue. Being showcased in one of the world's most recognised fashion publications marked an important moment for the brand and highlighted the growing appreciation for distinctive, handcrafted jewellery. The feature introduced SONYJA's artistic approach to a wider audience and reinforced the brand's commitment to creating jewellery that combines contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship.

Featured in Patriot Magazine
Following the Vogue feature, SONYJA was also featured in Patriot Magazine, further expanding the brand's presence within the fashion and creative industries.

Media recognition has helped showcase the unique character of SONYJA jewellery, where every piece is handcrafted from recycled sterling silver and designed to be both wearable and artistic.

Collaboration with Artgi and Futurist Brutalist
In 2026, SONYJA entered an exciting collaboration with Artgi as part of the Futurist Brutalist project.

The Futurist Brutalist collection draws inspiration from the architecture of the twentieth century, exploring bold forms, geometric structures and sculptural details. The collaboration combined contemporary fashion with handcrafted jewellery, creating a distinctive visual language that bridges art, architecture and design.

Runway Presentation – May 2026
A highlight of the collaboration was the Futurist Brutalist Fashion Show in Ostrava in May 2026. SONYJA jewellery was presented on the runway alongside Artgi's fashion designs, bringing the collection to life through movement, styling and performance.
The fashion show demonstrated how jewellery can become an integral part of a creative vision, complementing architectural garments with sculptural silver forms inspired by modern design and urban landscapes.

Looking Forward
From being featured in Vogue and Patriot Magazine to presenting jewellery on the runway as part of the Futurist Brutalist project, SONYJA continues to develop a distinctive voice in contemporary jewellery design.

Every collection reflects a passion for craftsmanship, artistic expression and meaningful design. As the brand grows, SONYJA remains committed to creating handcrafted jewellery that celebrates creativity, individuality and modern elegance.
